Establish and nurture COMMUNITIES OF KINDNESS where a sense of self is enhanced through mutual support, collaboration and peaceful, purposeful mutual agreements embraced by all community members.

The Community of Kindness program begins with educating our children about the power of:

  • Mutual Agreements
  • Art of Negotiation
  • Styles of Compromise without Individual Sacrifice
  • Self-monitoring
  • Group Resolve

Community of Kindness teaches schools and communities to redefine themselves through behavioral strategies delivered in a humanistic format to dispel:

  • Whispering & secrets as conversational styles
  • Bullying and violence as ways to be heard
  • Competition as a way to deny low self esteem
  • The need to be right in the absence of...

Community of Kindness understands:

  • That sad precedes mad, and addresses it
  • Power rests in knowing how to successfully change behavior
  • Children must learn ways to solve and resolve disputes
  • Children need to be taught to be responsible for their own behavior
  • Kind is always better than unkind
